Excellent and particularly nice breakfast and welcoming staff!!!

Well-kept small hotel in great and stunning location to the cable car for Col Raiser mountain. Functional and huge rooms with amazing views and a patio, as for instance, fantastic stay! Breakfast with other bread and amazing mountain view, as for instance;))

the place was perfectly clean, huge and clean rooms. all the staff was very kind and nice, settled my issues. i appreciated the room with a patio, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the breakfast included slices of fresh bread, yogurt, eggs, and cheese. the location was marvellous and particularly good in the very quiet area. also, there was saslong, set within 5 minutes drive.

We had an incredible stay at a charming hotel in a quiet area between two major towns. The staff was extremely helpful and even stored our perishable food items. The breakfast was a highlight and the room had a large balcony with mountain views. Plus, the free bus ticket made exploring the area a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

Came in Ortisei to relax and have fun, this small hotel was best base for doing it. The atmosphere created was alpine! The room we had was wonderfully appointed and beautiful, came with amazing views, a large balcony plus a great panoramic view. We would recommend this venue, spent here great 7 nights.

All rooms were huge.

The room we had included a safe box, TV set, and a mini bar fridge. All of the staff were amazingly nice, amicable.

Quiet location, helpful staff, delicious breakfast, comfortable room with great view of the mountains.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel in a beautiful place. The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious cold and hot food, and excellent coffee. The view from the hotel was breathtaking, especially from the balcony in my clean and comfortable room. It was a treat to have a couch in the room for relaxation. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing me to easily walk into town or take a bus back. The spa was the crown jewel of the hotel, and I enjoyed visiting it after long days of hiking. The staff were kind and made my 5-day stay even more enjoyable.

All was perfect, nothing to improve.

The breakfast had a good variety and quality of food, and the spa was a nice place to relax after a day of activities. The location was also great, with easy access to the ski lifts and a short walk to town. The views from the balconies were stunning.

Our stay during Christmas was not up to expectations. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unprepared for the amount of guests, leaving us waiting for long periods of time for service.

What a lovely weekend! The hotel's breakfast was simply amazing, with delicious options to choose from. The location was perfect too, just a short walk to the main town. the ski bus was just outside the hotel door which was very convenient. An added bonus was the cozy Spa, where we relaxed and truly enjoyed the experience.

It seemed a bit excessive, and it would have been nice to have them provided for free. this was one minor issue in an otherwise wonderful stay.

Located right next to the gondola to Col Raiser mountain and close to all the local buses connecting the Val Gardena towns, this hotel boasts a convenient location. The restaurants and main shopping area are also easily accessible from here. Rooms are clean and comfortable with crisp bedding, while the breakfast offers a wide variety of fresh and delicious food. Additionally, there is an excellent spa on the property.

Some additional facilities such as bathrobes for the spa are charged for which may feel unnecessary.

Additionally, the breakfast included in the stay is delicious and offers a wide variety of cold and hot food, with excellent coffee.

I have stayed in numerous properties around the world, but Garni Hotel Mirabel Ortisei truly stands out as one of the best. The hotel exudes a refined German hospitality that is without equal in Italy. Nestled in a tranquil area between St. Cristina and Ortisei, I found it to be the perfect base for exploring the scenic Val Gardena region. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay, even offering to store our perishable food items. The breakfast spread was a delight with its wide selection of hot and cold dishes, freshly brewed coffee, and a variety of fruits and pastries. I particularly loved my room with its spacious balcony overlooking the majestic mountains. The complimentary 7-day bus ticket made exploring the Val Gardena towns a breeze. Among the seven properties I stayed at during this trip, Garni Hotel Mirabel Ortisei easily topped the list. I cannot wait to return.
